Róshildur Jónsdóttir is an Icelandic product designer that has been inspired by childhood memories of playing in the woods in Kinn and the beauty of the birch trees. She used this material to create Birch dining – organic minimal merger – a part of the NE10 project that will be shown in Epal as well as Grettisborg Studio. The set is made of Icelandic slow dried birch from Gvendarsstaðir in Kinn, north Iceland and Hallormsstaður woods in East Iceland. See more of her work with her company Hugdetta as well as at the Grettisborg Apartments, where her and other designers have created custom interior spaces.
